Based on updated government Covid-19 information we are hoping to be able to run an Autumn course, full details of which will be available shortly.

We have run eight weekends here and this residential weekend workshop now takes place annually in October/November time. The workshop starts on Friday evening and ends after lunch on Sunday.

Scargill House will give you a friendly warm Yorkshire welcome and provide a program for the weekend. The weekend is for anyone who wants help over their recovery from any broken relationship, married or not. DRW offers help to all who have undergone a relationship ending and moving on.

Scargill House is a good location for walkers to enjoy the scenery around the venue. There is some free time on Saturday after lunch and Saturday evening is free. For those preferring to spend some of their free time indoors, there is a good library.

As a number of participants really valued their weekend workshop experience and wanted to come back to another workshop weekend, we introduced a ‘Moving On’ Workshop open to people who had attended a workshop at least a year before whether at Scargill House or elsewhere.

The Moving On Workshop gives them an opportunity to see the videos again from a different perspective and to share with others how they are managing to let go past hurts and making progress.

Often this progress can be an encouragement to the first-time workshop participants who share the weekend and benefit from seeing how the Moving On Workshop participants have progressed.
