Description

This is a local run workshop running on Tuesday evenings from 7.15pm-9.30pm. There will be 6 sessions run over 6 weeks. 

Teas/Coffee/biscuits are served at the beginning and at the end of the evening. 

  1. Tuesday April 9th - Is this really happening to me?
  2. Tuesday April 16th - Coping with your ex spouse. 
  3. Tuesday April 23rd - Assuming new responsibilities. 
  4. Tuesday April 30th - Family Matters. 
  5. Tuesday May 7th - Letting go and forgiveness. 
  6. Tuesday May 14th - Thinking about new relationships.
